Things I'm Loving: {Breast} Cancer Awareness Greeting Cards

I came across these awesome {breast} cancer awareness greeting cards on the Wedding Paper Divas blog and just fell in love with them.  I've always been a strong supporter of breast cancer awareness and research in finding a cure, and since my grandmother has been diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma, I've been more enthralled with the idea of finding a cure for all types of cancer (specifically hers, but that's just because it's more personal to me).

What I'm loving right now: Yellow, Grey and Black color schemes

Another table design from the Design 2 Decor blog.  I just had to show off this table they put together their company open house.  I'm loving ANYTHING that combines yellow with grey/silver and/or black and white.  So eye-catching and beautiful!




I think what I'm loving most about this table how eye-catching the cylinder-shaped lamps are above the eye-catching forsythia and tulips! So beautiful!  This is definitely a table set-up that anyone could copy!

Gossip Girl table

Don't you just love cruising the Internet and finding a web site you've never discovered before?  That's what happened to me tonight - I stumbled across the Design 2 Decor blog.  Design 2 Decor is an event design and management firm based out of Ontario, Canada.  The 'Gossip Girl' table they designed below was created for the Canadian Special Events and Meeting Expo's "Theme Decor Challenge"... where they won first place!

Look at how attentive they were to the details - from the hanging bulbs, to the diamond-shaped plates, diamond napkin rings, PINK galore and so much more!  Honestly, what girl would not love to have a table designed like this for her party?  I sure would... :)

Cute Wedding Idea

I came across this adorable wooden box in BraggingBags' Etsy shop - honestly, how cute would this be for your ring bearer to tote down the aisle instead of the traditional pillow?  This would be especially cute for a smaller, more intimate wedding, and use it again during your reception - turn it into a keepsake box for a non-traditional guest book.  Have guests write their favorite memories with the couple, advice, etc. and have them place their cards in the box - it'd be such a great way to reuse this special keepsake!

Things I'm loving: handmade bridal party cards

While perusing Etsy for cute ideas, I came across these adorable bridesmaid/maid or honor, flower girl cards by Jessica Tennill (Etsy name Jmtenn3).  I love the idea of putting some thought behind asking your bridesmaid to be a part of your big day - especially because being asked to be bridesmaid is usually a big honor, but also a big responsibility.  These cards are a great way to personalize why you're asking you friend, sister, cousin, etc. to be in your wedding.  It's a way to explain to them how they've been there for you, memories you have together, yadda, yadda, yadda...

I love, love, love the Sex and the City series (which means I'm loving all the party posts out there from the latest movie being released!). While perusing the 'net for a martini glass cookie cutter for a bachelorette party I'm helping plan, I came across a set of "Sex and the City" cookie cutters.
